Absolutely the easiest and most profitable option out there. My parents bought this house in 1964 and raised 3 kids and entertained 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren over 59 years. The house needed a lot of maintenance and none of us lived there. Casey could see the potential and was very fair in the offer. Closing was less than 3 weeks and monies were deposited in that time. The purchase price was received in full minus less than $100 fee for the notary to come to my dad for signature. I was amazed that there were no other fees taken out and did not require any of our time.
