Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary

The goal of this position is to qualify and convert inbound leads into appointments so our team can make offers to purchase properties. These conversations are the beginning of the customer journey — where we advise and educate home sellers. If you love connecting with people, solving problems, and making a real difference in someone's life, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-qualify incoming leads and identify appointment opportunities; educate prospects on our value proposition and build trust.
• Maintain and utilize the company CRM (Follow Up Boss) and other technology tools, coordinating with the team to schedule seller appointments.
• Complete quality assurance follow-up calls on scheduled appointments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS with consistent and professional communication.
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure all leads are organized and up to date.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the company scorecard.
• Assist with administrative and team tasks as needed.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and creative, resourceful thinking.
• Quick learner with solid computer literacy.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
• Experience using a CRM is a plus — we use Follow Up Boss.
• Real estate experience is helpful but not required — we provide full training.
