What you'll do

Homeowners contact us wanting to sell. You call, text and email them back — every lead reached out first. No cold calling.

Ask questions to understand the seller's situation, timeline, the house's condition and what they hope to get.

Set the appointment for our Acquisitions Managers and log every call, text and update in our CRM (Podio).

Keep following up until each lead books or is closed out. Most appointments come from follow-up, not the first call.

Volume: 20–30 new leads a week plus your follow-up list.

1+ year on the phones: call center, customer service, insurance, solar or appointment setting, bank or credit union, hotel or casino reservations, utility or telecom support
You're used to high call volume and stay calm with upset or stressed callers
You listen more than you talk. Many sellers are dealing with an inheritance, divorce, foreclosure, or a house that needs major work
Disciplined follow-up. Consistency matters more than sales talent here
Comfortable being measured daily on calls, appointments set and show rate

You're a closer looking to run appointments or negotiate deals — this role sets them

Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, in our office in southwest Las Vegas (89148). This role is not remote and not field-based.
