I had a rental house we had to evict a sloppy tenant. So I called many of the house flippers you see on TV that promise to buy your house in any condition, no fees, no commissions, no further showings, and close in very few days. I showed they house to about 6 or 7 of them, and "We Buy Any Vegas House" did an excellent job of making a fair offer, closing within just a few days with a professional title company (no mistakes there!) and immediately went to work doing 'fixer-up' work, repairs, updating the floors, bathrooms and kitchen. I don't know how much more $$ they put into the house, but they have it listed now at a fair and competitive market price. I hope they make a good profit. I highly recommend you call them first and give them a chance -- they out-bid most of the other offers anyway!

I inherited a home but had a family loan with someone who I absolutely hated interacting with and it was causing stress and anxiety each month. I knew my house needed a lot of work so selling would be an exhausting process and I didn’t have the money to take on the repairs myself. I wanted to get enough to buy a house outright to honor the gift my dad had worked so hard to leave behind so it was either stay or sell for more than I thought I could get. I did the math and estimates for what it would cost to repair vs the market value if it was repaired and looked up what a house flipper needs to make and figured it would be the right amount to move, but doubted I’d get that amount. One person from another company was actually very snarky when I told them what I was needing to sell. John (please forgive me if I got your name wrong) was able to talk to me about most of the concerns and schedule an appointment through text. Casey came and sat down with me and I was upfront about what the house needed and what I was looking for. He was very kind and honest with me and when he made an offer that would pay off my loan to my brother and still buy a home outright in the area I had been looking I took the offer. From there Tara was able to take care of the process and help with closing and the title company. She helped me with my out of state purchase coordination and getting the money to cover the moving expenses. Chris came to get some bids for their work after the closing but that was the only time I had to have people come to invade my home during the entire process which the showings made me anxious. If you have never had any experience with real estate there may be a few extra questions that you won’t have answered if you were using a traditional real estate agent, but I had a great agent for my new purchase and in combination with the WeBuyHouses team I was not left with a single surprise or problem. It was pretty much flawless from the start and the best part was that I never have to deal with my brother again.

Considering the home had caught fire, we were very skeptical when they offered us more than anyone else and said we would close in 30 days, all cash, and they would pay closing costs. They did! This company offered to sell my house for me and pay all the listing and closing costs. All I had to do was to agree a price for me which was very fair and they would then list it for market value and pay for any upgrades necessary to sell it but guarantee me the exact amount initially agreed upon. I was sceptical as there are many companies out there offering to do this at a lowball price for the owner but their offer was more than fair and the contract only for 3 months so I thought I should give them a chance. The house sold within the 3 month period and I received the exact amount promised to me with none of the expense and hassle of upgrading the property or listing it myself or paying closing costs. I am a happy camper!
